We stayed pro-active and hosted food drives throughout the year and donated to two food banks. Our team in Charlotte donated a variety of canned goods to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina while our team in the UK supported the Trussell Trust Food Bank.

Both donations were aimed at helping families in need, particularly during difficult times like the winter and holiday seasons when food insecurity and poverty are most severe. These efforts reflect our commitment to giving back to the community.

Our Charlotte team's donation to Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina helped combat child hunger by providing canned goods for families in need. We offered immediate relief and supported the food bank’s long-term efforts to ensure vulnerable children have access to nutritious food.

Meanwhile, our UK team's donation to the Trussell Trust food bank provided essential food parcels to Hackney families during Christmas. It included

canned goods, cereals, biscuits, coffee, and other nourishing items while supporting the Trust's mission to tackle poverty at its roots.

Our team in Bhubaneswar, India, organized a grocery distribution for Drustihina Seba Ashram in Paunar Village to provide essential supplies to the visually impaired residents.

For background, the Ashram provides a safe and supportive space for individuals with visual impairments. The grocery donation helped ease their daily challenges by ensuring access to essential food without financial strain.

Our team provided grocery items, such as rice, lentils, flour, and other staples, which are crucial for the day-to-day sustenance of the individuals residing at the Ashram.

In December 2024, our team in Noida, India organized a blanket distribution to provide warmth and comfort to people living on the streets.

Winter's chill is more intensely felt on the streets during this time. With this in mind, our Noida team offered blankets to people living on the streets. Beyond providing relief, their goal was to shed light on the continuous challenges faced by the

homeless community that calls for community support and solidarity.

Thanks to the generosity of donors and the hard work of volunteers, the blanket distribution had a meaningful impact, bringing comfort and hope to many. This collective effort demonstrated

Our Mexico volunteers took part in a heartwarming initiative at the Federico Gómez Children’s Hospital in Mexico on December 5, 2024, where they distributed food packages to the family members of children who were hospitalized.

We recognize the emotional and financial strain that accompanies a child’s hospitalization. Hence, we tried to ease the burden on these families by providing a simple yet thoughtful gesture of support. Our of volunteers from Integreon’s Mexico office prepared food packages, which included sandwiches, cookies, sweets, and juices.

The food packages were intended to offer a moment of comfort for the families as they spent long hours at the hospital, often without the time or resources to prepare meals. By providing these packages, we not only helped meet an immediate need but also offered emotional support, reminding the families that they were not alone during such a challenging time.

This act of kindness was a testament to the power of small gestures in making a big difference.

Our teams in Mumbai and Mexico have shown their commitment to animal welfare through donations to organizations dedicated to the care and protection of animals in need.

In partnership with Youth Organisation in Defense of Animals (YODA), our team in Mumbai donated essential veterinary medicines to their animal shelter to ensure that the animals receive the necessary care for recovery and treatment. This donation played a vital role in fostering a healthier environment at the shelter and highlighted our dedication to improving the lives of animals in need.

In addition, our team in Mexico collaborated with Mundo Patitas, an organization focused on rescuing and caring for abandoned animals. Together, we donated pet food to various shelters. This contribution helped under-resourced shelters provide the needed nourishment to stray and abandoned animals, easing their financial burden and allowing them to allocate resources toward other critical needs, such as medical care and shelter upkeep.

Through these efforts, we demonstrated unwavering commitment to animal welfare, showcasing how corporate responsibility can drive positive change.

Our teams in Charlotte and Fargo each organized a winter clothes donation drive to support individuals and families in need during the cold winter months in their local areas.

Our drive in Charlotte focused on collecting new and gently used winter clothing such as jackets, hats, gloves, and scarves to help those who might be struggling to stay warm during the harsh winter weather. Giving Life: Integreon India's Blood Donation Initiatives

Our teams India demonstrated their commitment to social responsibility through blood donation initiatives held at their respective offices.

Our Noida office organized a successful blood drive in collaboration with the OM Charitable Blood Center.

This initiative addressed the ongoing need for blood donations, especially during times when blood banks often experience shortages. Employees from our Noida team participated in the drive. Their kindness saved lives and fostered a sense of responsibility among the employees.

Similarly, our office in MumbaI held a blood donation drive in association with the Indian Red Cross Society. The initiative encouraged employees to take part in this life-saving cause and support the Red Cross in their mission to provide blood to hospitals and healthcare facilities across the region.

The team’s enthusiasm highlighted their collective desire to help ensure that critical medical resources are available for patients in need.

Pediatric Surgery & Screening of Children

Akhand Jyoti Eye

Our team in India provided support to Akhand Jyoti Eye Hospital, a unit of the Yugrishi Shriram Sharma Acharya Charitable Trust, through a series of impactful initiatives aimed at improving the eye health of children in Bihar and Eastern Uttar Pradesh.

The collaboration, which took place between January and September 2024, focused on both screening and providing free eye surgeries to children from underprivileged backgrounds. The comprehensive approach involved screening over 25,000 children from 92 schools and 336 Anganwadi centers, with a remarkable 11,671 students screened at schools and 13,329 children examined at Anganwadis.

The primary focus of the project was the provision of free eye surgeries, which had a profound impact on the lives of the 125 children in need. These surgeries were specifically for children from the poorest sections of society to offer them a chance to restore their vision and regain their dignity. Of the 125 surgeries performed, 70 were conducted on male beneficiaries and 55 on female beneficiaries. Our support not only helped restore sight but also provided these children with hope for a brighter future, enabling them to pursue

their education and live more independently. Additionally, 200 pairs of glasses were distributed.

While the surgeries were the central component of the initiative, the eye screenings were also critical in identifying children who required immediate intervention. We visited schools and Anganwadi centers. Through this effort, the project was able to screen a large number of children who needed surgery or corrective lenses.

The Impact

Our support extends far beyond just the surgeries and screenings as it plays a key role in advancing the Akhand Jyoti Eye Hospital's Vision 2030 initiative which is part of a broader movement aimed at providing

primary eye care and screenings to 12 million people, performing surgeries to restore sight to 2 million individuals, and empowering 1,500 girls by educating and training them as optometrists. Our involvement in this mission helps bring the initiative closer to its strategic goals, particularly in addressing eye care needs in India's underserved regions where access to such services is often limited or non-existent.

Through the partnership with Akhand Jyoti Eye Hospital, we not only contributed to restoring sight and improving the quality of life for hundreds of children but also helped lay the foundation for long-term improvements in eye care across Bihar and Eastern Uttar Pradesh. The generous donation and support we provided created a lasting impact. This collaboration underscores the importance of corporate social responsibility and how strategic partnerships can create meaningful change in communities that need it the most.

Sri Sathya Sai Health &
Education Trust

On March 22, 2024, Integreon donated ₹3,50,000 to the Sri Sathya Sai Health & Education Trust in Mumbai, India.

This donation will be used to provide completely free surgical and catheter interventions at the Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Centre for Child Heart Care and Training located in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. The center focuses on treating children and young adults suffering from Congenital Heart Disease, ensuring that these critical medical services are accessible regardless of the patients’ caste, creed, or religion.

In addition to heart surgeries, the Trust operates a comprehensive maternal care program under the Divine Mother & Child Health Program (DMCHP). This program provides free antenatal and post-delivery care to pregnant mothers and child care to children from rural areas.

The Trust has established exclusive hospitals, known as “MAMATVA,” in five locations—Nava Raipur, Palwal, Yavatmal, Jamshedpur, and Raiwala—dedicated to mother and child health.

The Sri Sathya Sai Health & Education Trust expressed their gratitude towards our contribution, recognizing it as a crucial partnership in their ongoing mission to serve children in need. Our support ensures that the Trust can continue its noble work, maintaining and expanding its services for the benefit of the children and families they serve.

Enhancing Drinking Water for Improved Health - WaterAid

In collaboration with WaterAid, we launched a initiative in Bhadrak to improve drinking water supplies and promote better health practices.

The project focused on ensuring water purity by supporting villagers in testing water quality and installing water management systems like elevated hand pumps and bore-wells.

These systems provided reliable access to clean water and reduced the risk of waterborne diseases, enhancing overall health. WaterAid also educated the community and school children on water conservation and safety practices to ensure sustainability of the project. This initiative underscores our commitment to improving health and well-being in underserved rural communities in different parts of the district.
